Pulte employee named Construction Superintendent of the Year

When Jarrod Fredericksen graduated from Northern Arizona University in May 2005, he envisioned a career in media or media relations. Fredericksen, who earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations, had a friend who had been working for Pulte Homes for a year. He submitted a résumé at a job fair, and in August 2005, Fredericksen moved to Las Vegas to launch his career with the homebuilder.
Randy Black honored for achievements by homebuilders group

Robert (Randy) Black Sr., who has worked for nearly five decades in real estate development and across other parts of the real estate industry spectrum, was recognized for his achievements April 1 at Red Rock Casino Resort during the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association’s Silver Nugget Awards. Black received the association’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his work in helping shape the valley into what it is today.
